Yesterday I participated in all pakistan sports competition which was organized by the GIKI (Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute Topi) , although being as a student of UET peshawar I was not that telented player as compared to the other universities players but still luck was with me and I won the first prize and I am very glad on this achievement – all the government and private sector universities participated in the Table Tenis and yesterday was the final match which we have won am am really glad on this achievement .At the start of the tournament I though that I shall never qualify to the finals and I had left my hopes but as the days passess on I was awarded with the new victory , and finally I qualified for the finals and now I am with the cup LOL – Although the prize is not that good but its a prize which you can’t compare with anything in the world .Being as a student of the NWFP UET vice chancellor gave me the gold medal because of the out standing achievement and he also provided me one scholarship of international tour in which I shall be given chance to play with the international universities and I am glad because of this fabulous news LOL – the team which was suspected to be the winner of this tournament was NUST (National university of science and technology) but due to the failure of the main player in the semi final , NUST lost their match and I have given golden chance to win the tournament and I proved myself to be the winner of the all pakistan sports tournament in tennis . I also participated in alot of other games but I lossed all of the other games as all other games need some team work which is the basic thing to win any game but our team has no unity and thats the reason why UET peshawar sports teams are behind in this race . I would appreciate the Football team of PIEAS which really showed excellent performance and they do reserve the right to win the cup but finally luck was not with them and LUMS (Lahore university of Management Sciences) was the final winner .
